On May 22, 1990, we obtained an effective statement from Bapepam-LK to conduct a Initial Public Offering of TRST Shares of 3,000,000 with a nominal value of Rp1,000 per share at an offering price of Rp2,050 per share. These shares were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on July 2, 1990.
